Call Center

In the framework of the project „The Renewal of the Office’s Info-communicational Services” co-funded by the European Integration Fund, the Office of Immigration and Nationality is launching its Call Center from the 1^st of September, 2014.

 

You can reach the Call Center of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (since 2017) on the following number +36 1 463 92 92

from Monday until Thursday between 8:00-16:00

and on Friday between 8:00-13:30.

The Call Center is providing general information in English.
